yes, as long as the account of the internet connection they use is just one...if you are using a two different internet connection accounts and each computer connects to the internet by a unique and respective account then they will have different I.P. addresses/.
Probably not - I thought all IP addresses were different for different computers - like an address on a house.
If the computers are having a private IP address then yes.In public network NO.
